Job Description

ICONMA is looking for an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist for their Troy, MI location.

 
Responsibilities:

• Primarily ensures accurate and timely entry of client billing including verifying bill rates and hours.
• Acknowledges, reviews, and answers incoming emails regarding billing in a timely manner.
• Researches and resolves any billing discrepancies independently or with other departments when required.
• Enters corrections and adjustments into the client system and/or accounting system to ensure accurate payments from the client.
• Completes checklists to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and by weekly and/or monthly due dates.
• Audits existing bill rates within accounting system to ensure billing accuracy.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing or accounts receivable.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Outlook.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize workload.
