Description Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center is actively seeking a
Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Orthopaedic General Surgeon to join our high-performing, well-established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team with access to advanced technology, robust support, and strong community ties.
Position Highlights - Join as an Associate Physician with a guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus
- Partnership track in just 2 years with no buy-in and additional income opportunities

Practice Overview Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center As the leading orthopaedic provider within a two-hour radius of Alexandria, LA,
Mid State is known for delivering compassionate, personalized care using state-of-the-art technology.
- Team: 10 physicians, 6 PAs, and 3 NPs
- Facilities:
- Two main clinics (Alexandria & Pineville)
- Three satellite clinics
- One Orthopaedic Urgent Care
- Two physical therapy locations
- Onsite services include EMG, imaging, injections, and DME
- State-of-the-art ASC opening in August 2026 (Phase 1)
- Technology: ModMed EMR for streamlined clinical workflows
