What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person
Listen openly to eligible members and adopt a supportive communication style
Educate partners on services, focusing on linking members to the Enhanced Care Management program
Promote effective communication among internal teams and partners
Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, providing updates on progress and challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills
Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance

Experience with high-volume outreach and engagement campaigns
Excellent listening skills and ability to read social cues
Reliability and comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment
