We're a collaborative, close-knit team that values long-term relationships and shared purpose. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who is passionate about accuracy and excited to contribute to a mission-driven environment.

Reporting to the Controller, the Bookkeeper will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records for over 100 entities. This position requires precision, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Maintain real-time financial records in QuickBooks, including daily transactions and general ledger updates.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for 30+ entities and individuals.
• Digitally organize and file financial documents such as insurance policies, notices, and invoices.
• Prepare and submit annual compliance filings, including 1099s and business licenses.
• Support the Controller with accounting tasks and financial reporting.
• Handle additional accounting and administrative duties as needed.

• A service-minded professional with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and a solid grasp of general accounting principles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
