Elevate your craft with an exciting opportunity as an advanced cabinet maker at Twin City Staffing. We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Osseo, MN. If you have a passion for woodworking and expertise in cabinetry construction methods, this temp-to-hire position is perfect for you.

Location: Osseo, MN

Wage: $25 - $28 per hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 3:15 pm; Friday, 6:00 am - 11:00 am

Responsibilities of the advanced cabinet maker:

• Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy to meet design specifications.
• Operate all woodworking equipment proficiently, including handsaws, table saws, drills, and sanders.
• Execute various cabinetry construction methods, such as face frame and frameless/Euro designs.
• Craft custom specialty pieces, including range hoods, floating shelves, mantels, and wood tops.
• Transition to the Assembly department to construct cabinet boxes once the Specialty department workload stabilizes.
• Maintain high standards of quality and ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

Requirements of the advanced cabinet maker:

• Advanced-level skills in woodworking and cabinetry construction.
• Proven ability to work at a pace that aligns with manufacturing needs.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and operating woodworking equipment.
• Familiarity with custom cabinetry and specialty pieces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical demands of the role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
