Overview C3 Industries is a multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis company headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with multiple product brands including Cloud Cover Cannabis, Galactic Cannabis, Habitat Cannabis, and a retail network, High Profile Cannabis Shop. The company retails high-quality cannabis products at its High Profile locations in Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. The Harvest and Trim Technician plays a key role in the post-production lifecycle, supporting the harvesting, trimming, and packaging of cannabis plants. Under the direction of the Post-Production Manager, this role ensures all processes are executed in alignment with company SOPs and quality standards. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm City: Webberville, MI In this role you will… Assist with all stages of the harvest process, including: Plant takedown De-stemming, trimming, and sorting Perform trimming of dried plants, ensuring trimmed leaf, trimmed flower and stems or other waste are separated and per harvest batch to be weighted and reported properly. Trim dried cannabis plants with precision, ensuring proper separation of flower, leaf, stems, and waste by batch. Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Post-Production Manager. Support packaging, curing, and pre-roll production as needed Follow strict biosecurity and cleanliness protocols in all work areas. Keep harvest areas organized and ensure proper waste disposal by batch. Perform quality checks during trimming and packaging to ensure product standards are met. Sanitize tools, equipment, and workspaces according to SOPs after each use. Qualifications Previous post-production experience required, dry trimming experience preferred. Hard working and used to physically demanding work, standing or sitting all day. Strong attention to detail and positive team player. Must be at least 21 years of age, and able to pass a background check. Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills. Ability to complete work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately. Some weekends, holidays, or overtime are required. Must be able to obtain & maintain required state licenses based on work location. Our mission is to share our love of cannabis with the world.
