About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer to join their dedicated and passionate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting all areas of administration, including team member development, client care, financial processes, and compliance. This role requires the development of administrative policies and procedures, as well as proactive assistance with risk management and business performance reporting. The Chief Administrative Officer will also lead the planning and budgeting process, shepherd third-party audits, and support special projects. A key aspect of the role is to champion the company's position in the marketplace and assist with new client development and onboarding. Ideal candidates for the Chief Administrative Officer position at the company will have a BS or BA in accounting, finance, or a related field, an MS in a similar area, and a Certified Public Accountant license. They should have at least 5 years of senior leadership or management experience, with a strong preference for those with non-profit and international business experience. The role demands a high level of integrity, enthusiasm, and passion, as well as strong team leadership, organization, time management, and communication skills. The candidate should be willing to be hands-on and accountable for the details, and must be adept at building positive relationships.
