This role is pivotal in overseeing a significant annual revenue stream, a large number of patient visits, and strategic planning for a substantial number of physicians. The successful candidate will be responsible for physician practice management, driving operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives, including expanding physician recruitment and retention programs. A strong background in finance, administration, and ambulatory operations is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include fiscal policy, compliance, and monitoring, as well as coordinating with the Chief Physician Executive and the Board to align clinical operations with the company's goals.
