About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support the company's growth. This role involves overseeing cash flow, liquidity, and debt management, as well as partnering with the leadership team to develop budgets and long-term growth plans. The successful candidate will be tasked with building scalable processes across international subsidiaries, driving capital and equity initiatives, and ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and risk management. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and a strong background in international operations and startup environments. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in financial management, particularly with NetSuite, and a deep understanding of GAAP/FASB standards. The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on leader, comfortable in a fast-paced, global company, and will be expected to optimize the company's financial structure, streamline operations, and ensure the company's financial stability and liquidity. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to strengthen the financial foundation, secure board-level approval for key strategies, and drive operational excellence in finance.
