Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the banking industry, with a preference for those who have worked within the accounting department. A degree in finance or a related business field is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record, who can not only manage financial operations but also contribute to the strategic development of the organization. Responsibilities include preparing and approving various financial transactions, overseeing the ACH department functions, and being the go-to person for financial inquiries. The CFO will be part of the upper management team and is expected to foster a family-like culture within the organization.
