Collections Manager Job Requirements

5 + years AR & collections experience
previous managerial
Bachelors degree
Coming from large company experience ($500M + in annual revenue)
Experience with Esker
Process improvements expert

What you will do as an Collections Manager

manage 8 collectors
Manage large and complex accounts
Provide in depth analysis on Financial Statements with commentary on variances for leadership
Assist with process improvements for Financial Reporting and KPI's
Assist the team with process improvements and transformation
