Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant with expertise in regulatory technology and compliance analytics. The role involves supporting our Regulation Technology team, collaborating with Risk and Compliance Advisory groups, designing and executing regulation technology solutions, system testing, tuning, calibration, and analyzing trends to refine models. The candidate should work well with large data sets, providing compliance teams with critical information for policy development and decision-making.

Responsibilities include understanding regulatory frameworks, applying them across different business models, designing systems, leveraging data, and executing compliance programs. The role also involves creating and maintaining methodologies for ongoing monitoring system evaluation. You will work with rich data sets to turn insights into real-world impact.

Qualifications

  • MUST have experience with SQL
  • Engage with clients to understand regulatory compliance needs and design solutions
  • Develop advanced SQL queries
  • Use data analytics tools to evaluate and mitigate compliance risks
  • Improve data quality and implement controls for compliance and risk management
  • Provide strategic guidance on compliance best practices and regulatory updates
  • Develop and update compliance management systems, policies, and procedures
  • Design and maintain compliance dashboards and reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies
  • Identify operational gaps or risks and implement controls
  • Analyze complex situations using experience and judgment
  • Collaborate with legal, technology, and business teams for project success
  • Assist with data mapping and technical documentation
