Job Overview:

We are seeking entry-level and skilled motivated Concrete Laborers. As a Concrete Laborer, you will be responsible for demolishing, preparing, and pouring concrete at various job sites. We are looking to top grade our team by offering competitive pay!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks on construction sites based on the project needs
• Move materials and forms as directed
• Demolish and remove concrete structures
• Assist with concrete mixing and pouring
• Clean and prepare construction sites for concrete work
• Repair and maintain existing concrete structures as required
• Apply finishing coats to concrete surfaces
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• No experience is required, however related experience is preferred. Related experience is construction, concrete, masonry, or epoxy experience.
• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment is preferred
• Willing to meet physical requirements for walking inspection of improved and unimproved property, lifting and carrying equipment/mechanical components (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), hand excavation/digging (using shovels/picks), operating, and working from man lifts, operating electric tools (drills, saws, jackhammer etc.), and providing services under varying weather conditions.

Work Environment/Shift:

• Shift: Mon - Fri 7 - 5
• Outdoors work with exposure to all weather conditions
• Physically demanding work on uneven/sloped surfaces
• Safety guidelines and PPE required for dust, fumes, and noise
• Close proximity to workers/equipment and possible overtime/weekend work
• PPE Requirements: Steel toed boots, hard hat (company provided), and potential a respirator (company provided)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
