LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a prestigious law firm in Washington DC, is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team.

This position is hybrid – 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Preparing SEC filings
• Maintaining files
• Managing calendars, travel, and expenses
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Conducting legal research
• Corresponding with clients
• Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

• 4+ years of recent corporate legal assistant experience
• Word processing and SEC filing experience required
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Very organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $85,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience. Benefit offerings include a comprehensive healthcare package, 401k, generous PTO, 11 paid holidays, and other offerings.
