Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Corporate Recruiter to support the full-cycle recruitment needs for our Business, Field & Operations teams across all RBI brands in the Americas. This role plays a critical part in building top talent pipelines across multiple regions and functions, while collaborating closely with business leaders and HR partners. This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday) based in our Miami office . The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, highly skilled in strategic sourcing, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume exempt recruiting environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to proactively identify talent needs and build hiring strategies aligned to business goals. Lead end-to-end recruitment across operations roles from intake and sourcing through to offer, negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain diverse pipelines of top-tier candidates through innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, referrals, networking, and events. Champion internal mobility and employee referrals by fostering a culture of talent development and engagement. Collaborate on global talent acquisition projects aimed at process optimization, efficiency, and scaling best practices. Provide consultative guidance on market trends, compensation insights, and candidate behavior. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes. Key Competencies Strategic Thinking: Define and execute clear sourcing and research strategies to meet diverse business needs. Analytical Acumen: Use data and metrics (Excel, Workday, etc.) to drive decisions and optimize results. Strong Communication: Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and candidates. Influence & Negotiation: Confidently guide hiring decisions and lead compensation and offer discussions. Relationship Building: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers and People Partners. Project Management: Successfully juggle 15+ requisitions at various stages; prioritize and resolve issues proactively. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the talent market and the nuances of hiring in across different regions and areas. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (mix of Corporate and Agency preferred) Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates Demonstrated success managing high-volume requisitions with a customer-service mindset Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday) Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required Must be willing and able to work onsite 5 days a week Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
