Curriculum Coordinator

A top-tier university in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to support its medical education programs. This temp-to-hire role offers the opportunity to transition to a full-time position.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless curriculum delivery
• Support students and faculty with scheduling, materials, and coordination
• Manage events, workshops, and educational programs
• Maintain course management systems and handle administrative tasks
• Adapt to evolving priorities and problem-solve in real time

📌 What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of administrative or program coordination experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (required for full-time conversion)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, students, and administrators

⏳ Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM)
• $30–$32/hour
