The Analyst, Data & Analytics will help prepare and interpret analyses to drive optimal decision making across the business and streamline reporting processes, primarily within the Finance organization. The Analyst will collaborate with business owners, leveraging technical skills to build data sets and conduct analyses to inform actions. SQL and Tableau skills will be used to visualize data for insights and action plans. What You’ll Do Data & Analytics Use analytics, visualization, and data modeling to improve decision making. Model data sources into analysis-ready data sets using SQL. Query and analyze data with Tableau, reviewing data for production systems. Prototype Tableau dashboards rapidly and collaborate with IT to develop enterprise-grade solutions. Build relationships across the finance organization, operationalizing insights into decision making. Partner with finance departments to identify underutilized data areas and create actionable plans. Organizational Support Serve as the point of contact for Data & Analytics questions within the Finance organization, including FP&A, Credit, Treasury, Tax, and Internal Audit. Support data exploration and testing to meet goals. Work with leads to identify data risks. Project Management Gather requirements, scope, and phase work with business leads for short and long-term feasibility. Conduct user acceptance testing with department leads. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, or related fields. 2+ years in system support or business analysis roles. Proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries and stored procedures. Competency in Tableau and Excel. Understanding of financial metrics such as P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow. Excellent communication skills for interacting with business leaders. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Knowledge of technology tools supporting analysis. Experience with Business Intelligence system administration is preferred. Python skills are a plus. Why join us?
