Job Description

Our client is looking to hire Intermediate Level IT professionals who are eager to work in a Data Center environment. We seeking individuals with a strong passion for technology and computer hardware. Candidates with hands-on experience in troubleshooting server hardware are highly encouraged to apply. Multiple positions are available across various shifts.

• The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision
• Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services;
• Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services;
• Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems;
• Install and deploy IT and network hardware;
• Make and run patch cables as well as verify testing cable paths;
• Support maintenance of infrastructure, network equipment, and network services, including but not limited to break-fix work;
• Perform Data Center hardware and inventory audits;
• Experience Level:*
• Intermediate Level (Minimum of 2-3 years of IT experience preferably in a Data Center Environment)*

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
