Description Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist will report directly to the Compliance Manager of Testing and Quality Assurance. This role is pivotal in executing various regulatory compliance and quality assurance functions for our mortgage lending operations. Key responsibilities include auditing to ensure adherence to Agency and GSE standards, as well as federal and state laws, and internal company policies. Qualifications: - Preferred NOT NEEDED experience in mortgage compliance and full audit quality control. - Preferred NOT NEEDED Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry. - Preferred NOT NEEDED Familiarity with mortgage loan origination systems, particularly EllieMae Encompass360, is advantageous. - Preferred NOT NEEDED Knowledge of TRID regulations is essential. - Self-motivated with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset. - Detail-oriented with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
