Assistant Program Managers in our Day Program department lead engaging activities and supervise community outings in addition to documenting individual's progress towards their specific social and employment goals.

This is a full time, 40hr a week position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Lunch breaks are paid. We offer benefits that include health, dental, and vision insurance, in addition to a fantastic vacation accrual program. If you choose to decline company medical insurance, you will also be paid an extra $75 monthly above and beyond your regular wages. Paid holidays include Black Friday!

Pay range for this position is $15.50-$18.00 hourly.

We also provide an opportunity to become certified with the National Association of Direct Support Professionals. If you complete all three steps of the certification process, you will be given a $3,900 bonus!

Responsibilities:

  • Follow and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for completing and staying current in all mandatory trainings
  • Promote positive social interactions
  • Support individuals in the community, in their job, or at their job (enclaves or facility based)
  • Teach skills to expand a person's independence and progress toward goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, follows all safety protocols
  • Administer medications, support individuals with hygiene, and provide supervision in all settings
  • Maintain a positive relationship and adequate communication with each client's home provide, CSM, parents, guardians, and other support
  • Provide transportation with a company vehicle for work or community access
  • Complete quality control, track client work totals, plan work schedules
  • Maintains an advocacy role
  • May be assigned to work in other departments or programs
  • Any other duties assigned

Qualifications / Physical requirements:

  • High school diploma and must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • Must have a full range of motion, physical strength,
  • Ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
  • Basic computer usage/ knowledge
