We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to utilize digital marketing strategies to support our clients in driving engagement, generating leads, and enhancing their brand presence.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns designed to enhance our clients’ visibility, lead generation, and client engagement. This individual will work closely with internal teams to help create and manage digital content, social media strategies, paid advertising, email marketing, and website enhancements, specifically tailored to the asset and wealth management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, display, PPC, SEO) with a focus on client acquisition and engagement.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create informative, targeted content that resonates with clients, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and social media posts.
  • Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business objectives.
  • SEO & SEM: Enhance our clients’ online presence by leveraging SEO best practices and optimizing SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and enhance search rankings.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and digital engagement metrics. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and report performance to the firm’s senior leadership and clients.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all digital marketing activities are aligned with our clients’ brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research: Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, as well as industry trends in asset management and wealth management. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing in financial services or related industry
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with leading project management tools, such as Monday.com and Asana.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in asset or wealth management marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
  • Knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
