Now Hiring: Director of Sales & Marketing

Starting at $150,000+ per year

The Hotel is entering a bold new chapter under new ownership and is undergoing a complete transformation to become a premier destination for modern travelers. With a full renovation in progress and a reimagined guest experience on the horizon, we are seeking a visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue, elevate our brand, and lead us into the next era.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales & catering team
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that drive top-line revenue across group, business, and leisure segments
• Build and grow relationships with key corporations, groups, and travel accounts
• Identify emerging market opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and develop compelling promotional campaigns
• Work closely with ownership, branding partners, and operational leaders to bring our new vision to life
• Oversee CRM tools and sales technologies to manage pipeline and measure ROI
• Stay ahead of competitor trends, market shifts, and demand patterns to ensure continued growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience in a full-service hotel environment
• A 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field (advanced coursework a plus)
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Open to occasional travel to hotel events and trade shows as needed
• Experience with CRM and hotel sales tools; knowledge of brand positioning and digital marketing a plus
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Hotel sales experience is a must

Availability:

This is a hands-on leadership role at a 24/7 operation.

Flexibility to meet changing business needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel, is required.
