Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Styling:
Conduct one-on-one appointments to understand the bride's vision, budget, style preferences, wedding theme, and body type.
Showcase and recommend bridal gowns, and mother-of-the-bride/groom outfits that align with the client's needs and current fashion trends.
Style the complete bridal look, including recommending and accessorizing with veils, jewelry, headpieces, and other elements.
Assist brides in trying on gowns, providing support and expert advice throughout the process.
Sales and Store Operations:
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Provide accurate information on gowns, including pricing, materials, production timelines, and customization options.
Manage and maintain the organization and appearance of the sales floor and merchandise.
Process sales, manage inventory, and handle client files with meticulous detail.
Fittings and Alterations Coordination:
Take precise body measurements for gown selection and ordering.
Coordinate the final delivery, pick-up.
Market Knowledge & Professional Development:
Stay current with the latest bridal fashion trends, designers, collections, and fabric types.
Participate in bridal expos or trunk shows to promote the boutique's offerings.
