Food Manufacturing Lead (Bilingual)

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay: $16-$20

Shift: 1st (Start time varies & must be flexible with weekends)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Manufacturing Lead to oversee and lead our production operations in a dynamic and fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the production team, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Food Manufacturing Lead will play a key role in implementing production schedules, maintaining inventory levels, training team members, and ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the food production team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation procedures to comply with industry regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet demand, minimize downtime, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in real-time to maintain production flow.
• Train, develop, and mentor production team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Implement and adhere to quality control standards and procedures to guarantee the highest product quality.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring routine maintenance and immediate response to breakdowns or malfunctions.
• Track production metrics and prepare reports for upper management on performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and problem-solving across all production levels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FDA, OSHA, HACCP, GMP).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Basic computer skills and experience with production management software preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Shift work may be required (early mornings, evenings, or weekends).
• Must be able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
