Join to apply for the Franchise Business Consultant - BWW GO role at Inspire . Business Consultants are responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees. They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve or exceed goals for their networks to drive sales, profits, and network growth. The focus is on coaching and influencing Franchise organizations to deliver a consistent and safe brand experience, same-store growth, and organizational readiness for expansion. Duties And Responsibilities Achieve operational and business performance goals for their portfolio, as set by regional leaders. Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes to assess past performance, align on future goals, and develop coaching plans. Analyze data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions, interpret data for coaching, and monitor progress. Support remodeling and new restaurant construction, ensuring milestones and operational specifications are met. Coordinate communication between Franchisees and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and growth. Assist with marketing initiatives and monitor execution of marketing plans. Perform restaurant evaluations as needed. Partner with training teams to support franchisee development. Manage administrative functions and control expenses within set parameters. Education Requirements Minimum: High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree. Experience At least 5 years in supervisory management or multi-unit operations. Skills and Abilities Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven decision-making and strategic coaching abilities. Adaptability, curiosity, and thorough knowledge of restaurant operations. Business acumen, compliance orientation, and creativity. Travel Willingness to travel as needed for franchise support. Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year. Actual salary depends on experience, education, training, and location. Inspire’s portfolio includes over 33,000 restaurants across various brands.
