About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our installation team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You'll work alongside experienced installers while learning best practices for safety, quality, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Assist Lead Installers with residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
• Load, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow all safety policies and job-site procedures
• Learn proper installation techniques, troubleshooting basics, and system components
• Provide professional, respectful interaction with customers and team members

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Interest in pursuing a career in HVAC
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor in various environments
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
