Job Description

Master Landscaping, a sister company of Scentsy, is looking for a Gardener to assist in beautifying the outdoor areas of a Scentsy owned property named Willow Bridge.

What You'll Do:

• Plant a variety of annual flowers, bulbs, and other plants in the garden beds and pottery throughout the Scentsy property locations
• Operate gardening equipment including, but not limited to: hand tiller, power shears, handheld blower, etc.
• Ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, and decorative shrubs
• Maintain existing landscape design while ensuring plant survival and weed-free beds
• Pick up trash, debris, and other miscellaneous materials from grounds
• Help others in the facilities department as needed, including afterhours events
• Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, required
• A passion for working outdoors and satisfaction from a job well done
• Knowledge and experience installing or maintaining perennials, annual flowers, and shrubs is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
