Job Description

St. Joseph Healthcare, a member of Covenant Health, is seeking a full-time, Physician Assistant to join our hospital-based General Surgery & Urology practice in Bangor, Maine . Although an experienced candidate is preferred, new graduates are invited and encouraged to apply!

This dynamic role includes a mix of OR surgical assisting , post-op office visits , inpatient rounding , and ED consults . You’ll work alongside a supportive, collaborative team that values high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights:

  • 32–36 patient care hours per week across 4 days
  • Rotating call :
    • 1 weekend per month
    • 6–8 weekdays per month
