GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

  • Define and implement global regulatory strategy for active ingredients (a.i.) and new products development.
  • Oversee regulatory developments and policies to provide information on registrability of new products development and ‘safeness’ of in-licensing opportunities.
  • Coordinate global regulatory studies and development of regulatory packages for our new formulations under development.
  • Responsible for developing global product stewardship and compliance policies to ensure safety of our a.i.’s and products.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

  • Define and implement Global Regulatory Strategy for active ingredients and new products development in close collaboration with Solutions Development, Marketing and Commercial Regions/Countries
  • Coordinate the global regulatory studies and development activities and associated budget management ​
  • Oversee the regulatory development and policies to provide information on registrability of products to the business
  • Provide specific regulatory expertise and preparation of regulatory dossiers for Envu active ingredients and formulations with external consultants
  • Develop global product stewardship and compliance policy to ensure safe label use of Envu products
  • Act as Regulatory Affairs liaison with 3rd party companies for registration dossiers, defense strategies and assist in data compensation negotiations
  • Facilitate global alignment with regional teams on regulatory strategy, issues and policies and coordinating key messages to regional teams
  • Participate in industry advocacy efforts​ and represent the company on industry activities of strategic importance with respect to regulatory trends and regulations.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

  • Degree in agriculture, health, physical, or natural sciences
  • Undergraduate plus 15+ years of experience, MS plus 12+ years of experience or PhD plus 8+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs in Agro-chemical field.
  • Robust knowledge of the regulatory systems, pesticide regulations and regulatory trends with relevant experience in technical, stewardship, environmental, human safety and risk management issues on a worldwide basis.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead by influence across multiple functions, countries, and external stakeholders.
  • High sense of integrity with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance. Good problem-solving competencies
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage ambiguity. Strong cross-cultural skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
