We are a small team, and we are looking for other hardworking & passionate individuals who aren’t afraid to sweat and get dirty, and want to learn. Not only will you help with all things winemaking, but you will help with all aspects of our winegrowing process. We are looking for someone to join us for the upcoming 2025 harvest (late August - November).

Responsibilities:
-Cleaning/sanitizing winery equipment and facility
-Sampling: vineyard, juice, and wine sampling for the lab
-Crush pad operations: grape receival and processing
-Fermentation management: inoculations, measuring brix, temperature, cap management
-Other duties as they may be assigned along the way

Requirements:
-Previous harvest experience is desired
-Effective communication and time management skills
-Detail-oriented, with strong motivation and organization
-The ability to wake up early and work long flexible hours + weekends
-The ability to lift 50+ pounds and do PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK
-Must be able to commit to working mid-August through December
-Step out of your comfort zone, learn a ton, and have fun
