Position: High-Volume Data Entry Clerk

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $17 per hour plus benefits

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 PM

Your Role:

As a High-Volume Data Entry Clerk, you will be pivotal in supporting our clients through document review and data entry activities. Your contributions will have a positive effect on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, distribute, and open daily incoming mail.
• Utilize the OPEX mail extractor machine for document scanning.
• Conduct data entry, review tasks, and post payments.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned while managing multiple priorities.
• Lifting up to 40lbs as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Experience working with multiple software programs simultaneously.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Positive team-player attitude.
• 1-2 years of mailroom experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with 10-key data entry.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Previous experience with OPEX mail extractor machine is a plus but not mandatory.
