What You'll Do: Get hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting-sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Support job postings, applicant tracking, and HR data management Assist in employer branding, social media recruiting, and career fair coordination Research industry hiring trends and talent strategies Help develop job descriptions and analyze hiring needs Provide general HR support, including data entry, file maintenance, and organizing digital candidate records What We're Looking For: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong interest in recruiting, hiring, and people operations Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and eager to take initiative Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR tools is a plus, but not required Perks & Opportunities: Paid (starting at $15-$20/hour), hands-on HR experience in a professional setting Exposure to Human Resources within real estate development, property management, and construction industries In-person at our Oregon Corporate Office, with hybrid opportunity.
