W.F. Hann & Sons are seeking a reliable HVAC Apprentice for their Warrensville Heights, OH , location. The HVAC Apprentice will work hands-on with experienced Technicians to install, maintain and repair HVAC and plumbing systems. • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Learn proper use of tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with teams members and customers.
• Follow company safety procedures at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
