Job Description
Check out our Series B announcement here ! Who We Are
Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.
At Roboflow, were building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 500,000 developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflows machine learning open source and hosted tools.
Our team is small relative to our impact, and we believe our user success is our success (not the inverse). A team member summarized: Roboflow is a company full of giant brains and tiny egos. We find software has a multiplier effect on all roles (not only product and engineering), so Roboflow employs developers across the company in design, sales, customer support, marketing, and beyond.
Were supported by great customers and investors, having raised over 23 million from Google Ventures (GV), Craft Ventures, Y Combinator, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, amongst other leading software investors.
Who You Are
Primarily, you like to make great things with passionate colleagues. You are someone that likes to own outcomes, not only inputs. Youre motivated by having responsibility and accountability. Youre eager to do the work, big and small.
Youre curious and learning about new technologies, perhaps an early tinkerer with AI products. You show more than you tell.
Youre motivated by the question, How can I improve this? and have a track record of doing so, even in ways adjacent to your role. Much of our current team is made up of former founders and thrive in the level of autonomy at Roboflow.
Many Roboflowers have used our tools before joining. One of the best ways to stand out amongst other applicants is to write about something you have built with Roboflow or contribute to one of our open source projects.
Were hiring Implementation Engineers to partner closely with our sales and solutions architect team to drive new customer wins. Youll have an immense impact on shaping the future of not only this role, but our company.
A large portion of the Roboflow sales process is technical, ensuring customers understand how to incorporate computer vision into their products. Building successful relationships with our customers -- many of whom are engineers -- as well as showcasing what the Roboflow product is capable of is a key component of the role, so you will leverage both your engineering background and user-facing mindset to be successful.
What Youll Do
Because our customers use computer vision in so many different industries (accelerating cancer research, improving manufacturing processes, enabling automated checkout, and so much more), your workday will always include an engaging variety of challenges. Youll be an integral part of making our customers successful, being responsible for the project management, deployment, and adoption of Roboflows computer vision solutions within their products.
This is a hands-on, technical role where you will work closely not only with our customers, but also with our engineering teams and product managers to ensure the successful deployment of our solutions. You will need to combine your expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and Python programming to design, implement, and optimize solutions that solve our customers biggest pain points.
If you think, Im an engineer that loves sharing my work with others, youd be in great company in this role.
Role and Responsibilities

Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and educating customers
Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architect teams to ensure continuity across the customer journey

Assist our product team with customer onboarding, support, adoption and engineering efforts
The Skillset You'll Bring
A solution mindset
Strong customer facing instincts
An enthusiastic, strong, technical generalist
A background in computer science or a related field
Technical experience in field roles partnering with enterprise customers in a post-sales delivery and implementation capacity
Experience utilizing and writing customized Colab notebooks (Python) as a part of the machine learning development lifecycle (and eagerness to learn more)
Familiarity with common data processing and computer vision frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Diligent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to think on your feet
Proven project management experience as it relates to delivery timelines and commitments
Strong knowledge of APIs
Willingness to travel ~25%
