Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst
Department: Finance
Reporting to: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD (Not Remote: In-Office at least 3-days per week)
Hours of work: Typical hours of work are from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM (local time). Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.
Overview: Finances are the fuel that keeps InVita moving into the future. InVita is looking for a qualified, ethical, and organized Junior Financial Analyst to help keep InVita's financials and budgets on track with precision and accuracy. Essential Functions: - Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Analyze past results, performvariance analysis and identify trends.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, andExcel dashboards.
- Work closely with the Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Other duties, as necessary.
Qualifications: - Strong fluency withExcel formulas and functions.
- 1-3+ years' experience in an analyst role preferred.
- Data Warehousing experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- SaaS experience is a plus.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills (including in-person, phone, and email).
- Demonstrated ability to work as both a team member and as an individual contributor.
