As a Junior Marketing Associate, you’ll be an essential part of our team—helping nonprofits expand their reach, increase donor support, and deepen community engagement through face-to-face events and strategic outreach. What You’ll Do:Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community events and marketing campaigns
Represent nonprofit clients with professionalism and warmth at events, delivering exceptional customer service
Build and nurture client and donor relationships to foster brand loyalty and retention
Participate in ongoing training covering event management, public speaking, and brand strategy
Support day-to-day campaign operations, including administrative and logistical tasks
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for growth and campaign improvements
1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred but not required
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred—open to all driven candidates
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
