Job Summary Hotel Murano, located in Tacoma and part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, offers 319 guest rooms and 30,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. We need a Laundry Attendant to support Housekeeping by maintaining guest linens and keeping the laundry area clean. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance (Full‑time & Part‑time) 401(k) plan with company match Paid Time Off: 14 days for full‑time employees in the first 3 years; sick time accrual for part‑time and union employees (1 hour per 30 or 40 hours worked) Holiday & vacation: 7 paid holidays & 2 floating holidays for full‑time; 6 paid holidays for union with 1 personal day; progressive vacation (1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years, 4 weeks after 15 years) for union positions Employee room rate discounts On‑site wellness programs, local discounts, and employee rates on hotel stays Continual training & development opportunities Responsibilities Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well Work with the Housekeeping team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness Perform laundry duties (washing, drying, ironing, folding) for all guest room linens and restaurant/catering linens Keep the laundry area and common areas clean and organized Clean housekeeping and maintenance staff restrooms daily Understand proper use of equipment and chemicals, following safety procedures Assist housemen and housekeepers as required Help maintain a safe work environment Respond to teammates in a friendly, helpful manner Qualifications Housekeeping experience desirable Neat and pleasant personality Strong time‑management skills Ability to stand for extended periods Effective communication skills Physical ability to move, lift, and traverse heavy loads (up to 100 lbs) and operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, spray bottles, etc.) Capable of lifting and carrying loads of at least 25 lbs Compensation $18.71 per hour.
