Job Description
The Hotel Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring all linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry are cleaned, pressed, and delivered to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. This role supports housekeeping and guest services by maintaining a steady supply of fresh, clean items.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, sort, and process hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing.
• Operate washers, dryers, and pressing/folding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Treat stains and inspect items for quality before and after cleaning.
• Maintain inventory of linens and report shortages or damages.
• Ensure timely delivery of clean items to housekeeping and guest service areas.
• Keep laundry room clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures for handling guest laundry requests.
Assist with special projects (e.g., deep cleaning, seasonal linen rotation).
