The Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position offers an opportunity for licensed mental health clinicians to launch or grow their private practices with support from Headway. Clinicians can conduct therapy sessions, oversee medication management, and receive marketing support while maintaining a flexible schedule and handling insurance hassle-free. Headway provides tools and resources to streamline the practice management process, ensuring clinicians can focus on providing care to their patients effectively.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
