The Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position offers flexible scheduling and support for clinicians to establish or grow their private practices. Headway assists mental health professionals by providing tools for hassle-free insurance credentialing, marketing support, and patient referrals, all at no cost to the clinician. This role allows LCSWs to conduct psychotherapy sessions and oversee medication management, ensuring accessible care for patients.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
