Salary: $145,600 - 156,000 per year Requirements:

• I have between 2 to 5 years of experience in product design, including internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
• I possess experience in designing for mobile platforms, preferably iOS.
• I can provide a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, prototyping, and conceptual thought.
• I am comfortable navigating ambiguity and transforming rough concepts into polished designs.
• I excel in communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• I will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement opportunities for iOS experimentation.
• I am expected to rapidly prototype and deliver high-quality design solutions from early signals and hypotheses.
• I will lead visual design efforts with a keen sense of layout, interaction, and detail.
• I will participate in brainstorming, whiteboarding, and design sprints to cultivate new ideas.
• I will effectively communicate my design thinking and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• I will work cross-functionally to establish the design standards and ensure visual and experiential quality.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our small and impactful team dedicated to testing and validating early-stage iOS features. This is a newly created role that will closely partner with a dedicated Product Manager, five engineers, and UXR/analytics to explore innovative concepts and swiftly bring them to fruition. In this contracted position, I can expect a pay rate of $70.00 to $75.00 per hour, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance, along with weekly pay and a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday.
