*Three Creeks Luxury Spa, LLC Kingsport, TN* *Position Summary* As an Esthetician at Three Creeks Luxury Spa, you will provide exceptional skincare services in a luxury environment. This role requires a licensed professional with strong technical skills, a focus on client comfort and results, and a commitment to upholding the high standards of service that define our spa. We welcome applications from estheticians at all experience levels, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals. We are also seeking a Lead Esthetician role. Thanks to our dedicated spa assistants, much of the laundry, cleaning, supply management, and administrative work is handled as needed. Estheticians may also be requested to assist with these tasks during non-booked hours. As client demand increases, additional spa assistants will be hired to further reduce non-service responsibilities and not restrict income-generating treatments. *Key Responsibilities* Perform professional skincare treatments, including services like customized facials, exfoliation, extractions, masks, peels, waxing, and other spa-approved esthetic services. Conduct thorough skin analysis to recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens tailored to each clients needs. Educate clients on skincare routines, spa services, and available retail products to support ongoing results. Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in pristine condition, following all sanitation and spa safety protocols. Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in skincare and wellness. We will always welcome recommendations for new items to consider offering items both as a service product and for retail. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure an exceptional client experience across all spa services. Uphold spa policies, procedures, and professional standards at all times. *Qualifications & Skills* Current Tennessee Esthetician License (required). Strong knowledge of skincare products, skin analysis, and treatment protocols. Excellent communication and client service skills, with a warm and professional demeanor. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to cleanliness, organization, and client safety. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and continuing education. *Compensation & Benefits* 50% commission on all services, with the spa providing all materials. 100% of tips. Continuing education and professional development support. Complimentary and discounted spa services and products. Support from spa assistants: much of the laundry, cleaning, supply management, and administrative work are handled as needed. Massage Therapists may also be requested to assist with these tasks during non-booked hours. As client demand increases, additional spa assistants will be hired to further reduce non-service responsibilities and not impact income-generating hours. Full-time team members (40 scheduled hours per week) also receive: Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks paid + 2 weeks unpaid annually. Holidays: Closed 5 holidays each year. Birthday: Paid day off annually (or 8 hours PTO if birthday falls on a non-scheduled day). Health Insurance: access to a Silver-tier PPO health plan, with a substantial portion of the premium subsidized by the company. Retirement: Performance-driven 401(k) contribution up to 7% of annual earnings. Marketing Support: At least one personal marketing campaign subsidized annually. *Part-Time Earnings Potential* Part-time positions are also available and offer flexible scheduling based on operational needs. Earnings for part-time estheticians will vary with shift selection and bookings. Estheticians averaging about 20 scheduled hours per week, with roughly 16 booked service hours, typically earn *$40,000$50,000* annually, plus 100% of tips. Flexible scheduling allows you to balance work with personal commitments while still earning a competitive income. *Full-Time Earnings Potential* Full-time is defined as approximately 40 scheduled hours per week, with around 30 treatment hours with additional benefits: - Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 weeks annually. - Health Insurance: access to a Silver-tier PPO health plan. - Performance-Driven 401(k): employer contributions tied to spa booking percentages. Full-time estheticians booked for around 30 treatment hours per week typically earn *$80,000$100,000* annually, plus 100% of tips, based heavily on types of treatments booked. This level of earning is well above typical local ranges and highly competitive nationwide, offering exceptional income potential in a supportive and luxury-focused environment.
