Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nail care services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service, as well as the ability to upsell additional services to enhance the client experience. Perks for those that love nail art and educate themselves on nail HEALTH. We do not offer acrylics. We offer gel only.

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in nail art, color theory, and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and continuously improve skills through professional development.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license.
• Experience in nail care is preferred; familiarity with hair extensions and eyelash extensions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices in the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a focus on client needs.
• Knowledge of color theory and its application in nail design is advantageous.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
