PRO Companies is seeking an exceptional Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our mental health program!

Job Details:

  • Location: King of Prussia office
  • Schedule: Part-time or full-time, telehealth, and evening hours. Flexible schedule.
  • Caseload: Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, Caregiver support/ Family Therapy
  • Additional details: This is a 1099, independent contract position. We contract with the major insurance providers and offer generous reimbursement rate! All credentialing and billing is handled by our operations team

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed mental health professional to join our growing outpatient team as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . This role provides therapy and support services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of youth and their families through evidence-based interventions and person-centered care.

  • Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinical setting
  • Provide family therapy, caregiver support, and coaching
  • Conduct initial clinical assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency standards
  • Collaborate with IBHS team, schools, psychiatrists, and other professionals involved in the client’s care
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, play therapy, and trauma-informed approaches
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state/federal regulations (HIPAA, mandated reporting, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, ABA, or related field
  • Current LPC and BCBA certification in Pennsylvania
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic setting
  • Knowledge of child development, trauma, behavioral disorders, and family dynamics
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Current clearances (within 6 months)
