Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician with CareerLINK Staffing, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance on buildings and equipment. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable individual to ensure that all facilities and systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and manage inventory of maintenance supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and working in various conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to safety.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.10 - $24.50/hour.
