Job Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Communicate student progress with parents and guardians Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Qualifications Strong math proficiency through ALL high school levels is REQUIRED for this position High motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm. Classroom and/or one-on-one mathematics teaching experience a strong plus. Desire to work through the school year a plus. Submitting a background check is required.
