Join our dynamic team as an MDM ( Master Data Management) Data Steward/Jr. Business Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and effective utilization of data within our organization. This hybrid position blends the responsibilities of a Data Steward and Jr. Business Analyst to drive data governance and support informed business decision-making.
Position Summary: The MDM Data Steward/Jr. Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and providing Master Data Management business analyst support activities and executing functions that primarily relate to the management of our party (client and producer) data. The MDM Data Steward/Jr. Business Analyst will be responsible for learning how to monitor and maintain data quality as well as analyzing, validating, cleansing, and enriching data as needed. They will execute these functions according to established policies, principles, guidelines, and standards as determined by the Data Management & Governance Team. This role will be responsible for supporting and helping mature the MDM target operating model and assisting in managing global business information, data domains, data analysis, data projects, and programs across AIG.

The base salary range for this position is $21.50-22.50/hr and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
