• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the Central, Arkansas area.
• Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door knocking, networking, referrals, and participating in community events.
• Site Visits: Conduct on-site evaluations of roofing and guttering needs, providing expert advice on suitable solutions.
• Proposal Preparation: Create and present detailed estimates and proposals, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
• Educate: Explain to the homeowner what to expect if it comes to an insurance claims process.
• Coordinate: Coordinate meetings with insurance adjusters and homeowners during insurance process as needed.
• Follow-up: Diligently track and follow up on leads, proposals, and customer feedback to close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
• Closing: Contracts and collections must be closed by you in a timely manner.
• Growth: Always be refining sales strategies and techniques, as well as your own personal growth. Health, fitness and family.

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, especially in the construction or home improvement industries.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.

Transportation: Must provide your own reliable vehicle.

Equipment: Must provide your own standard sales tools: Ladder, pitch gauge, iPad/tablet, etc...

Driving License: Must possess a valid driver's license

Adaptability: Comfortable with climbing ladders and being on roofs.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with CRM tools and office software.
