About the Job:

Join the Huntington Team as a Center Director, where you'll play a vital role in helping children become the best students they can be while managing the daily operations of a K-12 learning center.

This role goes beyond management as you ensure students have exceptional experiences, market Huntington's services to schools and families, lead and motivate center staff, and deliver outstanding customer service that fosters retention and satisfaction. Additionally, you will build and maintain meaningful relationships with teachers, school administrators, and parent/teacher organizations. To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a 4-year degree, have over two years of previous learning center experience, sales and management experience, exhibit exceptional communication skills, and show genuine care and compassion for children in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the center, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all students.
  • Develop, implement, and document marketing and strategic plans, focusing on school visits, vendor engagement, and stakeholder outreach to promote Huntington’s services.
  • Conduct, and document monthly parent-teacher conferences to discuss each student's progress, address any concerns, and collaboratively plan for their continued development and success.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring high retention rates and creating a culture of satisfied, engaged families.
  • Ensure all students have an exceptional and successful experience at Huntington, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with teachers, school administrators, parent-teacher organizations, and families to create a supportive and collaborative educational network.
