Keller is looking for a Part-Time Summer Intern based out of our El Cajun, CA location. This job would be Tuesday-Thursday.
ResponsibilitiesReview existing employee files stored in SharePoint for accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct misfiled or duplicated documents
Standardize naming conventions and folder structures
Ensure compliance with company records retention policies and privacy standards
Work closely with HR staff to verify and update missing or outdated information
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee data
Assist with creating process documentation for future file management
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint is preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
